THE ROSEDAL AND PALERMO'S LAKE

The rosedal and the Palermo lake, have become one of the best prefered tours offered by our city. A quick walk at dawn to begin the day with energy, a ride on boat on a Sunday's afternoon or simply a meeting with friends to enjoy the sun are some of the options found in such a carachteristical zone of the Reina del Plata. Nowadays, with its entrance guarded, has became an unique place in Buenos Aires. The combination of the bridges and the great variety of colourful flowers resulting in a fantastic scenery. Every Sunday an unique atmosphere of happyness dominates the area, with people of all ages walking, rollerblading, riding their bycicles or just playing volleyball. Lately, in the afternoon, also in Palermo you can enjoy a growing phenomenon: artistics groups such as murgas, puppet masters, actors and singers who act for the passers-by just for a tip. The Palermo lake, the rosedal, can be visited once and again without becoming tiring or boring.
